| The
caselaw library maintained by TCPALaw.com has more TCPA cases than any
other source in the country. Every important TCPA case has been typeset
into our slip reporter format with the full text of the decision and comprehensive
TCPA specific headnotes. The library includes cases published in
traditional reporters, as well as over 150 TCPA cases not
published by any service outside of TCPALaw.com, all provided in Adobe
PDF format. In most instances, new cases appear on TCPALaw.com before
they are picked up in Westlaw or Lexis.
As
they are received, new cases are fully analyzed by the most experienced
TCPA researchers available,
who summarize the cases and headnote the relevant holdings. In
addition,
all cases that are otherwise unpublished have links to scanned copies
of
original court orders. Links are added for citations not only to other
cases, but also to FCC documents and other relevant links where
available.
Even large services like Westlaw do not provide all the links that our
cases do. Where possible, links are made to public domain services
(such
as FindLaw.com) to minimize the need for additional subscription
services. In addition, many older cases are arelso headnoted and
typeset into the new reporter format, particularly cases that are most
useful and frequently cited.
The
headnote system has been custom developed by experienced TCPA attorneys
and researchers to optimize usefulness to TCPA litigators. This allows
you to quickly locate the relevant portions of the case, as well as provide
an invaluable research tool to find other cases addressing the same issue.
The headnotes, synopsis, and fulltext of every case is also included
inthe site-wide text serch engine.
