Should you Subscribe?

While there are a number
of free features of TCPALaw.com, one question
we get a lot is Should I subscribe to TCPALaw.com? For some
people the answer is absoluteley "yes!" For others probably not.
Here are some suggestions and guidelines:

TCPALaw.com is chiefly for consumers
and attorneys who are actively involved (or contemplating) court cases
under the TCPA. If you are such a consumer or attorney, you absolutely
should subscribe to TCPALaw.com.

If you are an attorney involved
in (or contemplating) TCPA cases, we have many cases not in
Westlaw or Lexis, and most cases that do appear in Westlaw or Lexis we
have on our site before any other reporter has them available. You
absolutely need to subscribe to TCPALaw.com.

If you are in the teleservices
industry, and need the most expansive knowledge of TCPA court cases
in order to stay abreast of what liabilities you could be exposed to, you
absolutely need to subscribe to TCPALaw.com.

If you are a judge, court
clerk, or government agency with enforcement powers (such as an attorney
general office), you absolutely should subscribe to TCPALaw.com (for
judges and government agencies, the subscription is free for court

If you need access to the most
expansive library of TCPA court decisions and TCPA litigation information,
you absolutely need to subscribe to TCPALaw.com.
For a limited time, subscriptions
are $250.00 for one year of access for individuals or firms of two or fewer
