Guidelines for Uploading Files:

1.  File specifications:

1. Only Wordperfect (.wp, .wpd), ASCII text (.txt), Acrobat (.pdf), Access (.mdb), and MS Word (.doc) documents can be uploaded.
2. There is a size limit of 8MB.  If you have a larger file, please contact the webmaster.
3. Depending on your browser and operating system, file names may be case sensitive.
4. After your file is uploaded, an administrater will review it and file it appropriately.
   

2.  Guidelines for uploading court orders:

1. Court orders must have court stamp and signature.
2. Court orders are only accepted directly from the parties involved, their attorneys, or the court.
   

3.  Guidelines for uploading briefs and discovery:

1. Please do NOT submit FAXED documents.  Faxed documents are not acceptable quality.  Please obtain an original document for scanning.
2. Please do not upload other attorney's briefs or discovery without permission!  The exception is appellate briefs and briefs of government entities.
3. Please redact personal information such as phone numbers and addresses of parties before posting a document.
   

1. All scans should be 300 dpi resolution.
2. All scans should also be 1 bit per pixel (also called single color, 2-color, line-art, or black & white mode).
3. Do NOT scan in "shades of grey" or 256 color mode.
4. Please save scanned documents as either Adobe PDF or multipage TIF files.  NEVER scan to JPG or JPEG.
5. If you have an eFax file, please use the eFax viewer to export it to a TIF file.
6. If scanning to a TIF file, make sure LZW compression is enabled when you save the file.
7. When creating Acrobat PDF files, make sure that under Compression Options, you enable "Compress text and line art" disable "Downsample Images" and for Monochrome Images, select compress using "CCITT Group 4"
